Q: Is the Windows operating system in English? Is it an international version?

Can I change the language to English/Russian/Spanish?

A: This is with Windows 11 Home Edition, the Chinese language pack initially.

We are unable to change the language before shipping as all packages are sealed. Brand new and original,Not openand not activated. We also do not sell used refurbished computers under the pretext of installing and changing the language OS. You can change the language by reinstalling the Windows system yourself after you receive it. You can contact and consult us if you have any not clearly.

Q: Do you have EU/UK/Australian plug converters in the package?

A: It was originally a US plug. We will add an EU/UK/Australia plug converter to the package for free.

Q: Can you engrave Russian/Cyrillic letters? Do you have a Russian/Spanish/French/AWERTY keyboard layout?

A: It starts as an English keyboard layout.We cannot engrave Cyrillic letters or change the keyboard layout. You can make a note in your order or contact customer service and we will send you a keyboard sticker to change the language, which can be added to the keyboard.
