Shipping time to Russian

The normal shipping time to Russian is about 20 or 25 days. The goods will arrive to you in about one month after payment. We ship the goods by J-net or CDEK or Russian other express mail.

1, Our installed Windows system is free system, and it is not licensed original system. Please install the licensed system by yourself if you like.The product price is not including any cost for System and software.

1, Please make sure your shipping address is correct, and it is necessary to write full name of the receiver. We will only follow your address listed in the Alipay payment for the shipment. A telephone phone number is needed for express and safe delivery.

DHL remote service area:  If your shipping address belong to DHL remote service area, there will be 35USD surcharge of shipping cost as remote service.

2,It is buyer's duty to pay customs charge for the goods there. We are not sure if the buyer need to pay customs charge or import duty there, or how much customs charge there, because different countries have different customs policy.If you have any special requirement about the declaration, please give us a note in your order. Any import charge is on your side, we are not responsible with any duty or Tax out of China.

3, We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service.

4, We will double test the goods to ensure that products can work well before we send the goods , we will responsible for the problem in China Customs ,and the buyer should responsible for the problem in buyer's country Customs.

5, Notice that if the item is unclaimed after five days at the Post Office to cause the parcel is returned back,We will not refund the shipping cost.

About Warranty:

All products are under one year warranty. (Excluding the accessories).

We offer free repair service for quality problem in first year after purchase, and buyer pay 2 ways shipping cost.

The spare parts and accessories are not under warranty.

If the item is defective on its arrival, the customer has 3 days to from the receipt date to exchange a new one. We just pay one way shipping charge from China to you, and we will reship the replaced one to you by China air mail. Please make sure all items are no damage and in resalable condition when we receive it. Please also offer quality proof of quality problem.

Please must check the package on its arrival in front of the courier.If you find the parcel is damaged or the device is broken, please refuse to sign the parcel and contact us ASAP. We also need your proof from the shipping company that the parcel is damaged on its arrival, and then we can claim again the shipping company for compensation. Otherwise we do not accept any claims for compensation from the buyer.

Return policy:

Please contact us before sending the goods back, and we could offer you detailed return procedure and make sure everything goes smoothly.

1. If you have a defective item which you want to return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days from you receive the shipment.

2. We accept returns shipping by only EMS or air post.When the goods is shipped out, please give us the tracking number.

Items returned after 30 days of delivery are only eligible for repair free.
